What Is Your Return Policy?
A: All sales are final! If in any case your items comes damaged please email us at info@shopbrilhando.com. We must be notified within 48 hours of item being delivered.
How do I cancel or return an order?
A: Once order is processed we cannot cancel or change an order.
USPS has not delivered/was stolen my package, when will I receive my order?
A: If your package is delayed or held by USPS please contact your local post office to find out more information on your package. Brilhando is not responsible for any delays, lost or stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with USPS or their local police department.
Do you allow local pickups?
A: Brilhando does not allow local pickups all items must be made online only!! No exemptions!!
Where is Brilhando's main office located?
A: We are located in Southern California.
Does Brilhando deliver internationally?
A: Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of the United States.
What are the average shipping times?
A: Our shipping times may very due to high demand and additional COVID processes.
Items not in stock?
A: For any items not in stock and require backorder, we will continue with your order with no extra cost to you.
What if the delivery address is incorrect?
A: If a package is returned to Brilhando due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Brilhando is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Can I put an item on hold?
A: Unfortunately we do not hold any items.
Are prices in US Dollars?
A: Yes, all products are priced in US Dollars (we only deliver within the US).
Can prices be negotiated?
A: We offer excellent value by providing our socially conscious jewelry at the lowest possible price, generally lower than many traditional jewelry retailers offer for standard jewelry. As a result, we cannot offer additional discounts or negotiated prices.
